Trifast PLC ("Trifast" or the "Company") Block Listing Application |
The Board of Trifast plc announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
The application is in respect of the Ordinary Shares that may fall to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.
The Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to occur on Monday 18 November 2013.
