("Trifast" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with Rule DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified on 19 September 2014 that Mr Mark Belton transferred 240,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Trifast ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Jane Belton.
Accordingly, the total beneficial interest shareholding remains unaltered being 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
This transfer transaction took place in London on 19 September 2014.
