Posting of Prospectus
Further to the announcement yesterday, Trifast plc ("the Company") has posted to all Shareholders a Prospectus in relation tothe Company's proposed Placing and proposed Acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Power Steel and Electro-plating Works Sdn. Bhd., a private Malaysian company which manufactures and distributes industrial fastenings.
The Prospectus and related materials can also be viewed on the Company's website www.trifast.com and, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's online document viewing facility at The National Storage Mechanism - www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
