In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 Disclosure, the Company has been notified by Jonathan Shearman, Independent Non-Executive Director that he is to take up two further Independent Non-Executive Directorships:

Ø Orchard Funding Group plc, are specialist providers of insurance premium finance and professional fee funding market to clients of UK insurance brokers and professional firms. (AiM: symbol: ORCH)

Ø STM Group Plc, is a leading financial services group specialising in financial solutions for high net worth individuals, cross-border investors and expatriates (AiM: symbol: STM)

Both appointments become effective today (1 July 2015).
