Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,822,778 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The Block Listing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.
The Block Listing Shares are to be issued under the following schemes:
Year End 2014 Deferred Equity Executive Bonus Scheme | 820,989 Ordinary Shares |
Year End 2015 Deferred Equity Executive Bonus Scheme | 740,098 Ordinary Shares |
Year End 2016 Deferred Equity Executive Bonus Scheme | 761,791 Ordinary Shares |
Year End 2017 Deferred Equity Executive Bonus Scheme | 499,900 Ordinary Shares |
Admission is expected to occur on 3 July 2017.
