Trading Update

In my Chairman's statement, dated 25th June 2024, accompanying the Annual Report and Accounts which are being received today at our annual general meeting, I state that "a transformation of our results is now being achieved in the current financial year." I am delighted to confirm that this statement continues to be absolutely true.

We will produce the results for the first half of the current year as soon as possible, for intended publication in November. I am absolutely confident that investors will not be disappointed.

We should all be aware that following the snap General Election which took place on 4th July, and the consequent change of Government, various future developments remain to be seen. We are certainly seeing changes across the public sector at a speed which I personally have never encountered before. We must be patient and carry on until things settle down.

I can however confirm that the Company is in excellent condition to face, and indeed benefit from, these future conditions. Our agility, resilience and financial robustness are stronger than ever. Our offering to the public sector is based on effective delivery of first-rate systems which will lead to efficiencies and economies, which I know will be very welcome. My expectation is that the race will go to the swift and the strong.
