Triad Group Plc has been notified on 2 July 2024 of the following share purchases of, and transactions in, Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Dr John Rigg, Executive Chairman, has gifted a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares to his daughters at nil consideration. 1,000,000 shares were transferred to Ms Charlotte Rigg, Deputy Executive Chairman, and 1,000,000 were transferred to Ms Emily Rigg.
Following the disposal, John Rigg holds 2,794,400 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 16.77% of the Company's issued share capital, and Charlotte Rigg holds 1,329,779 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
