Tribal Group plc("Tribal" or "the Group")Board Change
Tribal Group plc, a leading provider of software and services to the education management market, announces that David Egan has advised the Board of his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 31 October 2016.
Roger McDowell, Senior Independent Director, will succeed David as Chairman of the Audit Committee. A search for a new Non-Executive Director will begin in due course.
Richard Last, Chairman, commented:
"I would like to thank David for his important contribution to the Board. His input and experience has been of great benefit during the recent period of major transition for the Group, and we wish him well for the future."
