Merger update:
The OFT has decided, on the information currently available to it, that a relevant merger situation, under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002, has not been created in the following merger:
Anticipated acquisition by Capita Group plc of the health and government consulting businesses of Tribal Group plc
The text of this decision will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's web site at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
