Further to the announcement on 24 November 2009 of the acquisition of all of the minority interests in Avail Consulting Limited ("Avail") by Tribal Group plc ("Tribal"), part of the consideration will be satisfied by the issue of 342,360 Tribal shares ("New Tribal Shares"), which are required to be held for a minimum period of twelve months. 

Application has been made for the admission of the New Tribal Shares to trading on the Main Market of The London Stock Exchange ("Main Market"). It is expected that the New Tribal Shares will commence trading on the Main Market on 8 December 2009. The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal.

PDMR shareholding:

Robert Garner, who is a person discharging managerial responsibility at Tribal, will receive 110,104 New Tribal Shares.
