Launch of SAYE and Directors' Dealings
Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer, developer and manufacturer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce that it has launched a Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE"). All employees, including the Executive Directors of the Company ("Qualifying Employees") may participate in the scheme.
The SAYE, which is a HM Revenue and Customs approved share option scheme, will run for an initial three year period. Qualifying Employees will subscribe, through payroll deductions, a total monthly sum of up to £4,658 into the scheme. At the end of the three year period the Qualifying Employee will have the option ("Option") to purchase ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In the subscription window which has just closed, 26 Qualifying Employees have applied to participate in the SAYE. As a result a total of 91,622 Options have been granted to such Qualifying Employees (including Executive Directors). The Options are priced at 183 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 5 August 2015, the time that the subscription window opened to employees.
Executive Directors John Watkins, James Hedges, and Paul Wilson have been granted Options at a price of 183 pence per share under the terms of the SAYE as follows:

Trakm8's most recent generation of hardware is the T10 product range, which includes a self-install telematics device. The Group's services also include a driver behaviour management solution that reduces fuel consumption by 10% or more and reduces the risk of accidents. This is complemented by a logistics routing and scheduling package, integrated tachograph data reporting facilities, and the ability to read vehicle DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) reducing serviceability downtime. The Group's customers include the AA, St Gobain, EON, Direct Line Group, & Young Marmalade.
