Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified today of the transfer on 8 November 2013 by Matthew Cowley, a Director of the Company, of 239,394 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32 pence per Ordinary Share into his self invested pension plan ("SIPP"). On the same day, Mr. Cowley's wife transferred 33,333 Ordinary Shares at a price of 32 pence per Ordinary Share into her SIPP.

Following transaction costs, Matthew Cowleys' total interest in the Company is 1,540,357 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.34% of the Company's total voting rights.
