AGM Statement & Trading Update

Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, is today holding its Annual General Meeting. Executive Chairman John Watkins will be making the following statement on current trading at the meeting.

Trakm8 is pleased to advise that trading in the first five months of the current financial year commencing 1 April 2015 has started well. Group new orders booked have been received at a rate of 19% greater than the same period last year. This continues the trend of strong organic growth of recent years. The early weeks of DCS' camera sales, following its acquisition in June, have been at the expected levels. Overall, Group revenues are considerably higher than last year benefiting from higher order books and contributions from acquisitions.

Recurring revenues also continue to grow with 127,000 units now reporting to our servers, an increase of 24,000 since the last financial year end.

A new customer contract with Bibby Distribution was announced in June and the installations have already started. A BLE (bluetooth low energy) diagnostic version of our T10 telematics device has been launched and supplied to customers in the UK and USA. Further T10 derivatives are in the final stages of approvals.

The Board is confident that, with this good start to the current financial year, the Group remains on course to achieve its expectations for the full year.

Trakm8's most recent generation of hardware is the T10 product range, which includes a self-install telematics device. The Group's services also include a driver behaviour management solution that reduces fuel consumption by 10% or more and reduces the risk of accidents. This is complemented by a logistics routing and scheduling package, integrated tachograph data reporting facilities, and the ability to read vehicle DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) reducing serviceability downtime. The Group's customers include the AA, St Gobain, EON, Direct Line Group, & Young Marmalade.

Trakm8 has been listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange since 2005.
