DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 2p per share to Venture Share Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on or around 17 March 2026 to Venture Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 February 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 19 February 2026.

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-investment Scheme ("DRIS") is 3 March 2026 and a further announcement on the DRIS will be released in due course.
