TP70 VCT Plc04 May 2007 TP70 VCT plc Share Capital Changes The Directors of TP70 VCT plc ("The Company") announce that on 30 April 2007 theCompany: 1. cancelled 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company as a result of the non payment of subscription monies payable in respect thereof; 2. allotted 82,600 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 100p per share and in respect of which an application has been made for their admission to the official list. These shares were allotted as the eighth and final allotment pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 24 January 2007 by the Company. As a consequence, the total number of shares issued under the offer totalled 32,039,394 Ordinary Shares; 3. the Offer has now closed.
