Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company was informed on 18 January 2011 of the following sale of Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 3.33p by Matthew Williams, Nick Ounstead, Jeremy Harris, and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams, a Connected Person of the Company (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was undertaken to utilise their individual annual CGT exemptions and took place on the London Stock Exchange.
