Topps Tiles PLC12 March 2007 12 March 2007 TOPPS TILES PLC Appointment of Finance Director Topps Tiles Plc (the "Company"), the UK's largest ceramic tile and wood flooringspecialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Parker as FinanceDirector. Robert succeeds Andrew Liggett who, as announced on 23 October 2006,will be leaving the Company with effect from 30 April 2007. Robert, 35, willformally take up his role as Finance Director and will join the Board of ToppsTiles on 10 April 2007. Most recently, Robert worked as Director of Finance & IT at Savers Health &Beauty Ltd, the national high street retailer with 440 stores across the UK,owned by parent company AS Watson, part of the Hutchison Wampoa corporation.Robert played a key role in rebuilding the finance function and developing plansto build a sustainable future for the business. Prior to joining Savers Health &Beauty in 2005, Robert worked for the Boots Group for 9 years in a number ofoperational finance roles including senior positions as Director of Finance forAsia and subsequently Director of Finance, International Retail for Boots RetailInternational operations. Robert qualified as an accountant in 1997 and is amember of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
