Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for 605,443 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to the Official List maintained by the FCA and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of exercise of options in respect of vested awards made pursuant to the 2018 SAYE Three Year Share Plan. It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 8 April 2021. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
