The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified on the date stated below of the sale, by Martin Meech a PDMR of the Company, of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), following the exercise of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan on the date set out below.
