The announcement incorrectly stated the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 rather than the financial year ended 31 December 2015.

MartinCo Plc ("MartinCo"), one of the UK's largest property franchise businesses, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 10 May 2016 at Bell Pottinger's offices: 330 High Holborn, London WC1V 7QD.

The final dividend of 4.1 pence per ordinary share will be paid on or around 16 May 2016 to shareholders on the register on 22 April 2016, subject to shareholder approval. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 21 April 2016.

The Company also announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 and notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company have now been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts is also available to view on MartinCo's website at www.martinco.com.
