Board Appointment

MartinCo PLC, one of the UK's largest property franchises, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Crooks FCA as a non-executive director of the Company and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

Philip James Crooks, aged 56, is currently a partner in Forensic and Investigations Services at Grant Thornton UK LLP. He was previously UK Head of Audit for 6 years and a member of the International Assurance Advisory Board at Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Phil has extensive audit and advisory experience having worked with a wide range of listed and private international companies in a variety of sectors. Phil is currently a Director of Stanwick Village Hall. No further information on Phil Crooks is required to be disclosed under Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
