Trading Update

London 8 September 2015: The Board of TP10 VCT plc (the "Company") has today announced the disposal of investments in one of its solar investee companies, Campus Link Limited ("Campus Link").

In accordance with its investment policy, the Company co-invested in a number of solar investee companies which earlier this year disposed of a significant part of their assets. This was the subject of a prior regulatory announcement on 16 April 2015. Various of the Company's investments in the solar investee companies themselves were realised through the receipt of payments in respect of the Company's loans and on 26 June 2015 through the sale of its shares in those investee companies to Aphelion One Limited ("Aphelion"). This was the subject of a prior regulatory announcement on 30 June 2015. The Company is today announcing a further disposal of investments in Campus Link through the receipt of payments in respect of the Company's loans and on 13 August 2015 through the sale of its shares in Campus Link. Aphelion is beneficially owned by the partners of Triple Point Investment Management LLP, the Company's investment manager (the "Manager"), and therefore it is a related party to the Company under Listing Rule 11.1.4.

Before adjustments for the realisation of some assets and liabilities the aggregate amount payable by Aphelion is £244,513 as derived from the net asset value of Campus Link.

The disposal is a smaller related party transaction under Listing Rule 11.1.10 and Howard Kennedy Corporate Services LLP have independently confirmed that it is fair and reasonable so far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
