Board Appointment

Tangent is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Kissack to the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Prior to joining Tangent, Nigel was a partner at Pinsent Masons LLP, the international law firm.

Nigel Kissack commented "I look forward to working with the talented team at Tangent, they have embarked on an exciting journey with their retail websites and are well placed to rapidly increase the customer base".

Nigel was partner in the Litigation practice of Pinsent Masons for over fifteen years and previously a partner at DLA Piper. Nigel is a Solicitor, a qualified Mediator and a member of the Law Society.

Commenting on the appointment, Timothy Green, Tangent's chief executive: "Nigel will bring a wealth of experience and insight to our now enlarged Board."
