Directors' Dealings

The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was on 10 July 2013 informed of the following dealings on the same day by directors in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

·; Peter Fitzwilliam purchased a total of 85,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Fitzwilliam's interest in the missiontm is 619,481 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of its issued share capital;

·; Robert Day purchased a total of 21,485 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Day's interest in the missiontm is 6,029,623 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.8% of its issued share capital;

·; Chris Goodwin purchased a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Goodwin's interest in the missiontm is 331,635 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4% of its issued share capital;

The Group specialises in providing national and international clients with award winning marketing, advertising and business communications. Group members include Addiction, April-Six, Balloon Dog, Big Communications, Bray Leino, RLA, Robson Brown, Story, ThinkBDW and Yucca. the missiontm employs aver 800 staff nationally and is listed on AIM (TMMG).
