Directors Dealing
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the marketing communications and advertising group, was notified by Robert Day, an Executive Director of the Company, on 13 October 2017 that, in order to satisfy institutional demand, he sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 October 2017. In addition, Robert Day notified the Company on 13 October 2017 that he had also sold 323,000 Ordinary Shares for 48 pence each and bought 323,000 Ordinary Shares for 48 pence each for the benefit of his pension fund, Hitting 75. Robert Day is the sole beneficiary of Hitting 75. Following these transactions, Robert Day has an interest in 5,153,524 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.1 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
