Vesting of LTIP awards, Director/PDMR dealing and
EBT share dealing
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("themission", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMMG), announces that, having vested, a total of 113,398 nil-cost options under the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") were exercised by certain of the Directors and employees of the Company on 23 April 2019. The exercise of LTIP options gives rise to PAYE and NI liabilities and, as such, certain Directors and employees sold, in aggregate, 32,111 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 74.5p each on 23 April 2019 to meet their tax liabilities. All of the 32,111 Ordinary Shares sold by these individuals were bought by The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") at a price of 74.5p each on 23 April 2019.
In addition. Robert Day, a Director of the Company, and certain other employees sold, in aggregate, a further 16,732 Ordinary Shares at a price of 74.5p each on 23 April 2019 and the EBT bought 16,732 Ordinary Shares at a price of 74.5p each on 23 April 2019.
The exercise of the 113,398 nil-cost options under the LTIP, net of those Ordinary Shares sold by certain directors and employees as set out above, has been satisfied by the transfer of 64,555 Ordinary Shares held by the EBT.

Following the transfer of shares from the EBT to the LTIP awardees, and the subsequent purchase of 48,843 Ordinary Shares by the EBT, a total of 684,840 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.80 percent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
