Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising a network of 16 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, is pleased to announce that is has appointed Dr Eliza Filby as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 January 2022.
Dr Eliza Filby is a 'Generational Intelligence' expert with a longstanding career in helping businesses understand generational shifts within politics, society and the workplace. Her experience involves consulting with a large range of companies and organisations including Warner Brothers, HSBC, the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Household.
Dr Filby will replace Non-Executive Director Andrew Nash as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee on appointment. Andrew will take over the role Senior Independent Director and will Chair MISSION's Audit and Risk Committee.
James Clifton, Chief Executive of The MISSION Group plc, commented: "We are very excited to have Dr Filby on board. A published author, Dr Filby has also led and authored several reports and projects into the future of workplace dynamics and demographic trends."
