Growth Share Scheme
The Mission Group plc ("MISSION", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMG), the alternative group for ambitious brands, announces that pursuant to the Group's Growth Share Scheme ("Scheme") details of which were announced on 19 January 2017, 22 February 2017, 4 June 2019 and 7 April 2020, the Board has approved the sale of ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") by a number of participants within the scheme to improve liquidity and meet institutional demand following the Group's update on trading for the year ended 31 December 2020.
As such, in aggregate, 2,044,846 Ordinary Shares have been sold by directors today. The interest of each director following the sale of Ordinary Shares are set out below:

Commenting, David Morgan, Chairman of MISSION said: "The MISSION Growth Share Scheme was established to retain and incentivise key people, in line with the long-term growth ambitions for the Group. We were delighted to announce on 4 June 2019 that the performance condition for the Scheme had been met and appreciate participants willingness to both defer and significantly reduce the conversion of their share award to cash. We look forward to opening the Growth Share Scheme to new members as we make further progress against our strategic priorities in 2021 and beyond."
