In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that on 2 and 5 February 2021, Robert Day, Deputy Chairman, transferred in aggregate 2,876,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Robert Day Associates Ltd.
Robert Day is a director, and beneficiary, of Robert Day Associates Ltd. Following the transfer, Robert Day's beneficial interest remains unchanged.
