Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising a network of 16 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, is pleased to announce that is has appointed Dr Eliza Filby as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 January 2022.

Dr Eliza Filby is a 'Generational Intelligence' expert with a longstanding career in helping businesses understand generational shifts within politics, society and the workplace. Her experience involves consulting with a large range of companies and organisations including Warner Brothers, HSBC, the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Household.

Dr Filby will replace Non-Executive Director Andrew Nash as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee on appointment. Andrew will take over the role Senior Independent Director and will Chair MISSION's Audit and Risk Committee.

A published author, Dr Filby has also led and authored several reports and projects into the future of workplace dynamics and demographic trends."
