Totally Plc (AIM: TLY) announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 148,786,275 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). The Company holds no Shares in treasury.
Therefore the total voting rights in the company is 148,786,275.
The above figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
