Director's shareholding
The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces that it has been notified today that Bob Holt, Chairman of Totally, has today acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 62 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr. Holt is beneficially interested in 820,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.10 per cent. of the current issued share capital of Totally.
