Key points:

· Temporary change to executive team

Tlou advises that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Anthony Gilby will, with immediate effect, take extended leave due to illness. The term of this leave is undetermined and will be based on advice from medical professionals.

In his absence, Executive Director, Mr Gabaake Gabaake will assume the role of acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The current Chief Financial Officer, Mr Colm Cloonan will assist by fulfilling the duties of Deputy Chief Executive Officer alongside Mr Gabaake.

Both Mr Gabaake and Mr Cloonan have worked very closely with Mr Gilby for many years and have an in-depth knowledge of all facets of the company's operations. This will ensure that the temporary transition is as seamless as possible. Mr Gilby will be on extended sick leave in his role as Managing Director of the company.

The company would like to wish Mr Gilby a very speedy recovery and look forward to his return to work as soon as possible.
