Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a block admission of 5,250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each (the "Shares").
The Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the following schemes:

The Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 June 2013.
