Notification of Transaction of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
This notification is made by The Innovation Group plc ("Innovation" or "Company") in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
On 17 September 2015, Lewis Miller, Group Finance Director, acquired such number of ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company as set out in the table below in relation to awards exercised under the US Sharesave Plan granted on 27 June 2013.
