Crimson Tide PLC10 April 2008 Crimson Tide Plc (the "Company") Notice of General Meeting 10 April 2008 The Company announces that a notice of general meeting has been dispatched todayto shareholders to convene a general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00a.m. on Friday 25 April 2008 at the offices of the Company at Tavern Cellars, 39/41 The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5TE to approve the followingresolutions: 1. an ordinary resolution to increase the authorised share capital of theCompany from £7,000,000 to £10,000,000; 2. subject to the passing of resolution 1, an ordinary resolution to authorisethe Directors to allot relevant securities (as defined in section 80 of the Act)up to a maximum amount of £2,000,000; and 3. a special resolution to allow the Directors, subject to the limits set out inthat resolution, to issue shares for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis, includinga specific authority to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of£2,000,000.
