Crimson Tide PLC04 April 2008 4 April 2008 Crimson Tide Plc (the "Company") Director Dealing The Company announces that in order to transfer part of his current shareholding in the Company into his SIPP, Barrie Whipp, Chairman, has today sold4,450,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")representing approximately 1.5 per cent of the current issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital") at a price of 1.75 pence perOrdinary Share. Mr Whipp's SIPP then purchased 4,450,000 Ordinary Shares at aprice of 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 1.5 per centof the Issued Share Capital. Following these transactions, Barrie Whipp's total holding in the Companyremains unchanged at 115,610,132 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately39.7 per cent of the Issued Share Capital.
