Crimson Tide PLC12 September 2006 Crimson Tide Plc ("the Company")12 September 2006 Director Shareholding The Company was notified today that Mr Graham Ashley, a Non-Executive Directorof the Company, has today transferred 2,761,130 ordinary shares of 1p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in his own name, into his SIPP. Mr Ashley now holds 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name and 8,000,000Ordinary Shares in his SIPP.
