Turkiye Is Bankasi21 August 2006 17.08.2006Fitch Ratings Upgrades Isbank Fitch Ratings has upgraded Isbank's local currency Issuer Default ratings to'BB+' from 'BB', and National ratings to 'AA(tur)' from 'AA-(tur)'. Isbank'sShort-term foreign and local currency ratings are affirmed at 'B'. The Outlookson the foreign and local currency IDRs remain Positive and the Outlook onNational rating remains Stable. Fitch Ratings has also affirmed Isbank'sIndividual at 'C' and Support at '4'. Fitch Ratings has also upgraded Isbak'sforeign currency Issuer Default ratings ("FC IDR") to 'BB' from 'BB-'.
