Turkiye Is Bankasi02 May 2006 Is Bank Capital Increase Announcement The Board of Directors of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. decided to authorize the Bankmanagement for taking the necessary initiatives for the followings subjects on28.4.2006. - Increasing the paid-in capital from NTL 1,968,941,924 to NTL 2,756,585,000 by way of bonus issue.
