Tialis, the mid-market network, IT Managed Services provider announces that Andy Parker, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has agreed to become the Company's Executive Chairman. This is to aid the integration process following the completion of the acquisition of the profitable partner contracts from Allvotec which was announced on 1 February 2023.
