Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 November 2015 the total number of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company was 172,180,851 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 172,180,851.
The above figure of 172,180,851 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Target Healthcare REIT Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
