Transfer from the Equity Shares (Transition) Category to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category

THG PLC ("THG" or the "Company") announces the approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") of the transfer of the listing category of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.005 each from the equity shares (transition) category of the Official List maintained by the FCA to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List (the "Transfer").

The Transfer became effective at 8.00 a.m. today, 6 January 2025.
