Director Shareholdings

Notification under AIM Rule 17

The Company was notified on 5 February 2013 of the following share transaction by a Director:

Bob Dyson, non-executive Director, transferred on 14 January 2013 his entire holding of 623,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company from his own beneficial account to a nominee account in the name of Fitel Nominees Limited. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of the shares.

Following this transaction Bob Dyson's total beneficial interest remains at 623,000 shares, representing 0.29% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
