Terrace Hill Group PLC07 February 2006 For embargoed release 7 February 2006 Terrace Hill Group PLC ("Terrace Hill" or "the Group") Board Changes Terrace Hill, the AIM-listed property group, today announces a restructuring ofthe Group's board. As indicated in the announcement of the preliminary resultsfor the year to 31 October 2005 released earlier today, in the course ofrestructuring the board of the Group and creating an Operations Board, thefollowing directors have resigned from the board of the Group with effect from 6February 2006- Donald Ross Macdonald, Nigel James Cavers Turnbull, KennethWright Grundy, Robert Edward Lane, Miranda Anne Kelly and Guy Brennan. The board of Terrace Hill now consists of Robert Adair (Chairman), Philip Leech(Managing Director), Tom Walsh (Finance Director), Douglas Blausten(Non-Executive Director), William Wyatt (Non-Executive Director) and KelvinHudson (Non-Executive Director). Miranda Kelly will remain as Company Secretaryof the Group.
