Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on the 1 May 2013 it purchased 26,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1,060 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares will be held in Treasury. Following the above purchase the Company holds 196,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The purchase equates to approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 11,893,559 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 11,697,559.
The figure of 11,697,559 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
