FW Thorpe announces that it was notified today that, on 8 November 2022, the wife of Antony Cooper, Non-executive Director, sold 6,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 428 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Antony Cooper's interest in the Company, including his connected persons' interests, is 160,107 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
