TREATT PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

Treatt Plc's capital consists of 10,481,034 ordinary shares with voting rights. During the month of July 2013 the number of shares held in a Trust, under which voting rights are waived, decreased by 5,191 to 251,117.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt Plc is 10,229,917.

The above figure (10,229,917) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt Plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
