Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Treatt announces that the following Directors and PDMR were granted Share Options by the Company on 17 July 2015 under the Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE") and Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), details of which are below:
The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme are exercisable at the end of a three year saving plan.
The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated for US employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. Options are exercisable at the end of a one year saving plan.
