In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 8 April 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 2,795 Ordinary shares of the Company, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan as below:
